Hurray finally got the light for some pics I can now show u my New dolls.

I have finally been able to take some pictures.  The light has been awful here really dull and miserable today lovely and light with occasional sun.  This is Tilly, she is 14"  her dress is black with tiny pink & white roses and the bodice a tiny pink & white Gingham. Her bloomers an made from the same material as the bodice of her dress, I have put tiny little bows on her feet. She insisted on these so she could look  special!!  She is made from a pattern by Michelle of Raggedy Pants. I love her patterns.

I will be putting her on Ebay soon if it picks up.

This Doll and her baby are 'Oh what fun'. They are from a pattern by De Powell of Ohsewdollin another great pattern designer. It was a shame to alter their name as the were great fun to make.

The doll is 16" and has brown & white pigtails out of pure wool. She has a pretty red & white spotty dress, I love her red & white stripped legs.. Her baby is 6 1/2"  Her hair is dark brown. Her dress little hearts and Raggedy Ann printed on it so cute.

Again hope they will be  going on Ebay.

Well back to the sewing machine to finish of my next little girl.

Where did the rest of January go?

I cant believe January has gone. I have been busy finishing off a couple of custom orders and the I made a set of dolls and a doll for selling on Ebay, but the light over here in England has been terrible really dark all day and damp. So I cant get to photograph them and get the correct light on the pictures.  As soon as I can I will share with you all.


 I  decided to change may background to this lovely one, as its our 40th Wedding anniversary this year and so I thought it would be great to have the background as celebration.Our Anniversary is'nt until the end of August, but I hope to have a giveaway around April. Which I hope will be fun.   Hope you all had a good Week-end.

A Bear called Harry.........

This is Harry

I made him for my daughter, as a present for her best friend who has just had a new baby Boy called Harry.. and she wanted him to have a bear named the same. So here he is: I made him out of a Straight laid mohair in a lovely pale coffee brown on a tan background. He is 15" and has wonderful cream faux suede paws. He has a needle sculpted face and wears a lovely mint green bow tie with a bell. He now lives in the nursery with all the other toys.

This is my Baby

This is my baby. She is called Dottie, she is a 3yr old with attitude. I took this picture about a month ago. I came into the kitchen to find her trying to drink out of the tap, she looked soo cute. I tried to give her a drink out of her dish, but no she had to have the tap turned on. Because I didn't, I got spat at and then boxed around my arm with her paws. Yes you guessed right... she got her way and I turned on the tap. She does have a soppy side, she loves to curl up on my knee and have a blanket over her so she is nice and warm.
